Meaning what you say, being open & honest at all times. Leaves people feeling heard & prioritized instead of ignored.

We need to continue to invest in ourselves in order to be our best version. Having a growth mindset ensures that we’re never done learning.

Integrity

- I respect people’s time & my own. Showing up on time or early for all commitments. If running late, communicate this ASAP.
- Taking responsibility for mistakes. Being able to turn those mistakes/mishaps into a growth and/or learning opportunity.
- I take responsibility for representing our values when communicating externally.
