I have had the pleasure of working with Ashley Oshinsky for the past six months. She has been very proficient in both the sale and purchase of homes for me. She is very knowledgeable and well connected in the community. I have trusted her decisions and they have worked out well for me. She is always positive and very supportive even in the stressful business of buying and selling your home. I cannot recommend a better agent, she is always a breath of fresh air!

Ashley was amazing through the entire home purchasing process. She was constantly on top of the situation and gave us plenty of information on what to expect each step of the way. She communicated with the seller’s realtor, the title company, and the bank often on our behalf and would update us regularly on every development. Even during these challenging times Ashley helped guide us through the entire home buying process and we successfully closed on our target date.

When my wife and I decided we wanted to move closer to family we reached out to Ashley to begin looking at properties. Ashley showed us so many properties and throughout that part of our journey we never felt pressure to make a decision or to just go with a home that wasn’t our perfect home. When we finally found a new build option Ashley navigated the complex process with us with ease and expertise. She advocated for our needs, she was always one step ahead of the process for us. Extremely responsive anytime we had a question/concern/worry she was right there with us answering questions and solving problems. I would recommend Ashley to any and everyone out there. She will be our realtor forever and can’t wait to list our home with her!

Ashley is the best! She was so patient with my husband and I as we sought out to buy our first home. She is receptive to all questions, responds immediately, and always made sure we were comfortable with decisions and deals being made. From picking us up and driving us around for a marathon house viewing afternoon, to the many many phone calls and daily updates - she was there with us every step of the way and more (not to mention the adorable housewarming gift she left on our front porch after our closing)! We would recommend Ashley to anyone, anytime! She is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. It was so refreshing working with someone who we felt we have been friends with for a long time. Our experience was A+ 10/10 would recommend 🙂

I am so thankful we were given Ashley as a contact when we were starting our home search. She is super easy going and kind. Through the whole process she stayed on top of every little detail. Always kept me informed and checked in with me even when there was a day or two of nothing really happening. Whenever I had a question she immediately responded or reached out to the sellers agent to get the info I needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for their new home.

I cannot say enough by how impressed I have been with Ashley. There was never a time that I could not get ahold of her, even for the smallest question. She made herself available on a moments notice. During negotiations I felt more than confident that my needs were being advocated for. Beyond her incredible work ethic, Ashley was also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. The selling, and buying process can be emotional at times and Ashley was always there to make sure I understood everything going on and the possible outcomes. No doubt I will use Ashley for all of future sales and purchases.
